2012 BHYJ Yuema Wangong
Bao Hong Yin Ji / BHYJ is a Taiwanese boutique producer, which gained notoriety after a series of cakes made with supervision of legendary Mr Zhou Yu of Wistaria Tea House. It is widely acknowledged that their best productions are from 2012-2014.
If you are anything like me, take note their highly collectible hand-drawn cake wrappers 🙂
The name of this tea translates to something like Prancing Horse Bending Bow, which is fair enough. 2012 autumn Wangong material, this is one of the flagship BHYJ cakes.
