Shipping & Returns

All tea ships from the UK, unless specified otherwise. The aim is to dispatch the next working day – so that you don’t need to unnecessarily wait for your tea.

Shipping using Royal Mail Tracked / Royal Mail International Tracked, by air whenever possible. Flat rates are as follows:

  • UK: £5
  • EU: £11
  • Canada: £20
  • USA: £20
  • Australia: £20
  • Rest of the world: £25

Courier, express and custom shipping options are available. Pricing varies throughout the year depending on supply and demand for carriers, so please get in touch to discuss and get best available price.

Shipping to Spain: please be aware that Spanish customs have been slow to process imports with high likelihood of additional fees which are due on import. Expect additional 2 weeks of customs delay. Contact me if you would like to arrange alternative shipping.

Shipping to temporary accommodation: please note that shipping to temporary accommodation, such as hotels, short term rentals, student halls etc is not supported. Depending on country, import to such places may be in violation of import laws. If you choose to have package shipped to a temporary accommodation, you accept full responsibility for any potential loss or delay. This includes circumstances in which you are no longer available to receive parcel. If in doubt, please reach out before ordering.

Important Bits & Policies

By default all packages are shipped without insurance, and we don’t take responsibility for incurred losses. Additional insurance can usually be provided for a fee, and if you require one please get in touch and we will try to accommodate this.

Although most countries have no VAT or import duties on tea, buyer is ultimately responsible for any duties and import fees imposed by their country, shall there be any.

Unopened tea sold within the UK may be returned for full refund less shipping fees within 14 days of receipt. Buyer needs to cover return shipping.

Because tea is perishable food product, we cannot accept returns for orders shipped overseas. Please do get in touch if there is an issue with your order, and we will do our best to rectify the problem. Of course we aim to replace or refund incorrect or faulty items.
