2019 Baifuzangcang Tianlong Ancient Tea

This is the non-yesheng variety of ancient tree tea from Hong Kong-based brand Baifuzangcang.

Material is this tea comes from very old trees harvested in “secret area”. That claim is easily believable when drinking the tea. The production year is deceptive, as it drinks much more smoothly and softly than 2019 would suggest. There is good amount of mouth activity, mouth coating, sweetness and good qi. Little to no bitterness and some astringency that manifests itself in throat.

This again is a tea that is quite unlike other ancient tree teas out there.
